• Site preparation (civil work, borewell) is the customer's responsibility unless included in the package
• Warranty is void if the system is tampered with or used improperly

6. Warranty

Our products come with manufacturer warranties: 25-year performance warranty on solar panels, 5-year warranty on pump motors and controllers. Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of discovering the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

Submersible Solar Installation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
